Nurse. Educator. Coach. And someone who truly understands how overwhelming the job application process can be.

My Background

I’m a Registered Nurse with over ten years of acute clinical experience across a range of specialties in both public and private hospital settings.

Education has always been a big part of my career and something I’m really passionate about. For the past six years, I’ve worked as a Clinical Nurse Educator, supporting students on placement, graduate nurses, and experienced nurses as they grow into confident, capable clinicians. I also teach the Bachelor of Nursing at university, and love bringing real-world nursing experience into the classroom to keep learning practical, relevant, and engaging.

I genuinely love nursing for its diversity, fulfilment, and constant opportunities for growth, which is why I’m completing my Master of Advanced Nursing to further develop my knowledge, leadership skills, and impact within the nursing profession.

Alongside my clinical and education roles, I’ve always been passionate about innovation in healthcare.

In 2023, I was accepted into LuminaX, a health-tech accelerator on the Gold Coast, where I founded Nursify. Nursify began as a jobs platform designed to better connect nurses and hospitals.

During the accelerator, I broadened my understanding of healthcare innovation and entrepreneurial thinking, learning how to build meaningful solutions to real healthcare problems.

While the original marketplace model has evolved, the mission has remained the same:
to better support nurses in building meaningful careers.

And I’m proud to say, that journey led me here.

Why I Do This

I’ve sat on both sides of the table.

I’ve been the nervous applicant — many times.

And I’ve also reviewed resumes and sat on hundreds of interview panels for graduate, RN, EN, Clinical Nurse, Educator, and ANUM roles.

And what I’ve seen time and time again is this:

Most nurses are far more capable than their applications and interviews reflect.

I’ve seen incredible nurses miss out — not because they weren’t good enough, but because they were under-prepared or didn’t know how to communicate their strengths.

I created this coaching space to help nurses translate what they already know and do every day into clear, confident applications and interview answers.
